About the Role

This position is more than a career; it is a calling. As a member of our Float Pool, you will provide care to patients under the direction of a registered nurse or physician, functioning within the scope of your license. You will be the versatile backbone of our clinical operations, ready to step into various roles as needed.

Your day will involve a dynamic mix of hands-on patient care and clinical administration. You will room patients, assist with in-office procedures, and administer injections and vaccines. A significant part of your role involves utilizing the Epic electronic medical record program to document encounters, transcribe orders for labs and radiology, and ensure patient charts are complete for provider decision-making. You will also play a key role in educating patients and families about treatment plans, self-care, and follow-up resources.

We are looking for individuals who are comfortable with hands-on care, open to new experiences and challenges, and possess an ambitious, motivated, and sympathetic nature. While experience is preferred, we welcome those who are excited by the opportunity to grow with us.

Schedule & Location

This is a regular, full-time position (32 hours/week) located at the Fond du Lac Regional Clinic. The schedule is strictly Monday through Friday, days only, with no nights, weekends, or holidays required.
