About the Role

You will partner with an interdisciplinary team to review, plan, coordinate, and evaluate resident care. Your day will involve documenting resident conditions and nursing needs accurately, developing and monitoring nursing assistant assignments, and executing treatments. You will generate, prepare, and administer medications while initiating physician orders. Additionally, you will facilitate communication with families regarding changes in medications or resident status and establish protocols to ensure care plans remain accurate and representative of each individual's needs.
