In this role, you will provide high-quality, compassionate care as a vital member of the interdisciplinary team. You will collaborate closely with RNs, physicians, therapists, and other staff to support optimal patient outcomes and implement individualized care plans. Your day-to-day involves administering medications, monitoring patient conditions, and performing essential nursing procedures while upholding all clinical and safety standards.
Beyond direct clinical duties, you will play a key role in patient advocacy by educating patients and families on medications, treatments, and self-care. You will document care accurately in the electronic health record (EHR) and maintain a safe, clean, and infection-controlled environment. Requirements
- verifiedActive LPN license in state of practice
- verifiedCurrent BLS/CPR certification
- verifiedExperience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
Nice to Have
IV certification. Certification in gerontology or long-term care nursing.
