In this role, you will provide high-quality, compassionate care while collaborating with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary staff to support optimal patient outcomes. You will serve as a vital link in the care continuum, documenting care accurately, educating patients and families, and upholding all clinical and safety standards.
You will work under the supervision of an RN and/or physician to deliver direct bedside nursing care. Your day will involve administering medications and treatments, monitoring patient conditions, and responding to emergencies. You will also assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges, ensuring smooth transitions of care while maintaining a safe and infection-controlled environment.
