Join our talented Licensed Practical Nurse team to create meaningful, personalized experiences. In this role, you will partner with an interdisciplinary team to review, plan, coordinate, and evaluate resident care. You will be responsible for documenting resident conditions and nursing needs accurately, developing and monitoring nursing assistant assignments, and facilitating communication with families regarding changes in medications or resident status.
Your day-to-day will involve executing treatments, administering medications, initiating physician orders, and coordinating admissions, discharges, and transfers to ensure quality customer service. You will help establish protocols to ensure care plans are continually reviewed for updated and accurate data that represents the individuality of each resident.
