As a Licensed Practical Nurse (Crisis), you will provide direct and indirect services under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to individuals in need of crisis assessment, injection clinic, or outpatient services. You will be the first point of contact for those presenting with emergent medical and/or psychiatric problems, performing clinical intakes and triaging to ensure continuity of care. Your role involves coordinating with screening teams, psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and other providers to maintain high standards of medical records and patient support.
