About the Role
Join our talented Licensed Practical Nurse team to create meaningful, personalized experiences for our residents. In this role, you will partner with an interdisciplinary team to review, plan, coordinate, and evaluate resident care. You will be responsible for documenting resident conditions and nursing needs accurately, developing and monitoring nursing assistant assignments, and executing necessary treatments. Your work will ensure that care plans are continually reviewed to represent the individuality of each resident, while you facilitate communication with families regarding changes in care or medication.
