DaVita, which is Italian for "giving life," is a clinical leader dedicated to providing quality service to patients, partners, and teammates. Our mission is to be the Provider, Partner, and Employer of Choice. We strive to be a community first and a company second, aiming to embed a sense of belonging into everything we do so that every teammate experiences DaVita as "a place where I belong."
We are proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and comply with state and federal affirmative action requirements. We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to give life in an outpatient dialysis center. In this role, you will make an exceptional difference in the lives of patients and their families dealing with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease. You will deliver care in an empathetic, compassionate way—the way you would want your own care to be.
You will work with your head, heart, and hands each day in a fast-paced environment. This position offers the opportunity to build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients and their families in an intimate outpatient setting. You will be part of a supportive team that relies on one another, delivering care to patients often dealing with multiple co-morbidities that require unique treatment plans and a broad range of nursing skills.
While no prior dialysis experience is required, you must be willing to float to various facilities during and after your training. The role demands a flexible schedule, including the ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Training may take place in a facility or clinic other than your assigned home clinic.
Ready to make a difference in the lives of patients? Take the first step and apply now. This position will be open for a minimum of three days. For location-specific minimum wage details, please visit DaVita.jobs/WageRates.
