About the Role
Join our talented Licensed Practical Nurse team to create meaningful, personalized experiences. You will partner with an interdisciplinary team to review, plan, coordinate, and evaluate resident care. Your day will involve documenting resident conditions and nursing needs accurately, developing and monitoring nursing assistant assignments, and executing necessary treatments. You will also facilitate communication with families regarding changes in medications or resident status, ensuring care plans are continually reviewed to represent the individuality of each resident.

Requirements
