About the Role
This Full-Time Night Shift position offers a unique opportunity to deliver efficient and effective nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse. The role is designed to achieve positive clinical outcomes and ensure high levels of patient and family satisfaction. You will play a vital part in the daily rhythm of our facility, evaluating patients to collect data, observing conditions, and reporting changes to the care team. Your contributions will extend to nursing assessments, care planning, administering medications, and performing treatments per physician orders. Additionally, you will supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for our residents.
