About the Role
You will partner with an interdisciplinary team to review, plan, coordinate, and evaluate resident care. Your day will involve documenting resident conditions and nursing needs accurately, developing and monitoring nursing assistant assignments, and executing treatments as necessary. You will serve as a vital link by facilitating communication with families regarding changes in medications or resident status, and by coordinating admissions, discharges, and transfers to ensure quality customer service.
