About the Role
Join our talented Licensed Practical Nurse team at Village on the Green in Longwood, Florida. In this role, you will ignite your life and experience "Living Lifespace" by creating meaningful, personalized experiences for our residents. You will be part of a supportive family dedicated to excellence, working with outstanding staffing ratios to ensure high-quality care.
Your day will involve partnering with an interdisciplinary team to review, plan, and coordinate resident care. You will document resident conditions and nursing needs accurately, monitor nursing assistant assignments, and facilitate communication with families regarding changes in care or medications. This position offers a dynamic environment where you can execute treatments, manage medications, and ensure care plans reflect the individuality of each resident.
