About the Role

You will partner with an interdisciplinary team to review, plan, coordinate, and evaluate resident care. Your day will involve documenting resident conditions and nursing needs accurately and in a timely manner, while facilitating communication with families regarding changes in medications or resident status. You will develop and monitor nursing assistant assignments, adjust based on census and care levels, and coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers to deliver quality customer service. This role is designed for those excited to learn, grow, and deliver personalized experiences.
