About the Role

Join our talented Licensed Practical Nurse team to create meaningful, personalized experiences for our residents. You will partner with an interdisciplinary team to review, plan, coordinate, and evaluate resident care, ensuring that care plans are continually updated to represent the individuality of each resident. Your role involves documenting resident conditions and nursing needs accurately, administering medications, and facilitating communication with families regarding changes in care or medication.

You will also direct and monitor nursing assistant assignments, adjust based on census and care levels, and coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers to deliver quality customer service.
