About the Role

Join our talented Licensed Practical Nurse team to create meaningful, personalized experiences. You will partner with members of the interdisciplinary team to review, plan, coordinate, and evaluate resident care, ensuring that care plans are continually reviewed for updated and accurate data that represents the individuality of each resident. Your role involves documenting resident conditions and nursing needs accurately, executing treatments, and facilitating communication with families regarding changes in medications or resident status. You will also coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers to deliver quality customer service while working in an environment with outstanding staffing ratios.
