About the Role

We are seeking an energetic, competitive, and goal-oriented Outside Sales Representative to build their career in a consultative-selling environment. In this role, you will guide clients smoothly through their home search journey, from the initial contact to closing. You will show properties, negotiate contracts effectively, and provide a premium, white-glove experience with exceptional service and communication.

Your day will involve proactively generating and nurturing new business through strategic outreach, responding quickly to inbound inquiries, and converting interest into scheduled appointments. You will act as a trusted advisor, using proven scripts and systems to communicate value, handle objections, and represent the team with professionalism and integrity.
