About the Role
As an Optician, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding patient care while actively supporting store performance. You will be the face of our brand, guiding customers through the eyeglass and contact lens dispensing process. This includes providing essential training on contact lens insertion and removal, as well as educating patients on their products. Your day will involve maintaining accurate patient records, managing order follow-ups, and ensuring a clean, organized work environment that adheres to safety standards and company policies. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to mentor Apprentice Opticians, fostering the next generation of optical professionals.
