About the Role

As a General Manager, you will see your leadership skills in focus. You will lead a talented team, drive results, and create an amazing experience for both patients and associates every single day. This role is responsible for the overall success, sales, and profitability of the store, managing all aspects of operations from financial performance to team leadership and patient care.

You will set the tone for a positive, high-energy environment where exceptional service and teamwork thrive. Your day will involve partnering with the Doctor to ensure every patient receives the highest level of care, conducting store audits to uphold quality standards, and maintaining open communication with the District Manager. You will lead by example, coaching your team toward sales and service excellence while ensuring the facility meets all corporate and safety standards.
