As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will serve as a vital partner in our multidisciplinary team, delivering high-quality individual outpatient therapy. This role exists to bridge the gap between clinical expertise and holistic client support, ensuring that every individual receives personalized care tailored to their unique needs.
In this position, you will conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based modalities such as CBT and DBT. Your day-to-day involves collaborating closely with psychiatrists, primary care providers, schools, and families to coordinate seamless care. You will also monitor client progress, conduct risk assessments, and implement crisis intervention strategies when necessary. Beyond direct clinical work, you will educate clients and families on mental health conditions and coping strategies, all while maintaining accurate clinical documentation in our EHR system.
