About the Role
As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will serve as a vital partner in our multidisciplinary team, conducting comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and developing personalized treatment plans. Your day-to-day involves delivering individual psychotherapy using evidence-based modalities such as CBT and DBT, while collaborating closely with psychiatrists, primary care providers, schools, and families to coordinate holistic client care.
In this role, you will not only monitor client progress and implement crisis interventions when necessary but also educate clients and families on mental health conditions and coping strategies.
