New Directions Mental Health is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based outpatient care to children, adolescents, and adults. Our mission is rooted in empathy, professional growth, and making a meaningful impact within the mental health community. We foster a supportive, team-oriented environment where providers can thrive while optimizing client outcomes.
As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will serve as a vital partner in the care continuum, delivering individual outpatient therapy using evidence-based approaches tailored to each client's unique needs. This role exists to bridge the gap between clinical expertise and holistic support, ensuring that every client receives personalized attention.
In your day-to-day, you will conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that address the complex interplay of biological, psychological, and social factors. You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team—including psychiatrists, primary care providers, schools, and families—to coordinate seamless care. Beyond direct clinical work, you will engage in ongoing professional development and clinical supervision, ensuring your skills evolve alongside the latest advancements in mental health care.
We invite qualified candidates to apply by submitting their credentials and a brief statement of interest. Selected applicants will proceed through an initial screening, followed by a clinical interview focused on case conceptualization and fit with our team culture. Final candidates will meet with the clinical leadership team before an offer is extended.
At New Directions Mental Health, we believe that diversity strengthens our ability to serve our community. We are committed to providing a workplace where cultural competence is not just a requirement but a core value. We consider qualified applicants regardless of background, ensuring that our team reflects the diverse populations we serve.
