About the Role
New Directions Mental Health is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide compassionate outpatient care to children, adolescents, and adults. In this role, you will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapy within a supportive, team-oriented environment. You'll collaborate closely with multidisciplinary providers to optimize client outcomes while benefiting from a culture rooted in empathy, professional growth, and meaningful impact in the mental health community.
You will provide individual outpatient therapy using evidence-based approaches, conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments, and maintain accurate clinical documentation in the EHR. Your work will involve collaborating with psychiatrists, primary care providers, schools, and families to coordinate care, while also educating clients and families on mental health conditions and coping strategies. The position emphasizes ongoing professional development and clinical supervision to enhance skills and quality of care.
