About the Role
As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will serve as a vital link in our continuum of care. This role exists to deliver high-quality, individualized therapy that addresses the unique needs of our diverse client base. You will conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based modalities such as CBT and DBT.
In your day-to-day, you will engage in individual psychotherapy sessions while maintaining accurate clinical documentation in our EHR. You will collaborate with psychiatrists, primary care providers, schools, and families to coordinate holistic care, ensuring that every client receives a unified approach. The role also involves conducting risk assessments, implementing crisis intervention strategies, and educating clients and families on coping strategies and community resources. Through regular case consultations and ongoing professional development, you will continuously refine your skills to enhance the quality of care we provide.
