Key Responsibilities
- check_circleProvide individual outpatient therapy to children, adolescents, and adults using evidence-based approaches
- check_circleConduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
- check_circleMaintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in the EHR in accordance with legal and ethical standards
- check_circleCollaborate with psychiatrists, primary care providers, schools, and families to coordinate client care
- check_circleMonitor client progress, adjust interventions, and participate in regular case consultations and team meetings
- check_circleConduct risk assessments and implement crisis intervention and safety planning when indicated
- check_circleEducate clients and families on mental health conditions, coping strategies, and community resources
- check_circleEngage in ongoing professional development and clinical supervision to enhance skills and quality of care
Requirements
