About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our innovative team. In this role, you will provide couple, family, and group therapy sessions to address interpersonal, marital, and family systems issues. You will conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' emotional, psychological, and behavioral issues, developing and implementing personalized treatment plans based on your clinical expertise.
You will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care, advocate for mental health awareness, and educate clients and their families about effective coping strategies. This position offers the opportunity to significantly impact the well-being of others in a supportive and collaborative environment where you can regularly review and adjust therapeutic approaches based on client feedback and the latest methodologies.
