The Instrumentation and Electrical Foreman is a pivotal leadership role responsible for planning, supervising, and coordinating all phases of installation, maintenance, repair, and inspection of electrical systems. You will serve as the bridge between project management and the craft workforce, ensuring that daily activities align with project schedules and quality standards.
In this position, you will lead a crew of up to six or more employees, managing their daily tasks, performance reviews, and professional development. Your day-to-day involves interpreting complex blueprints, laying out work for the crew, and monitoring quality control to ensure precision in every installation. You will also coordinate equipment needs, manage material deliveries, and support the Jobsite Superintendent in orchestrating project activities.
Safety is not just a requirement but a core value you will champion. You will actively participate in daily toolbox meetings, train crew members on safe work practices, and audit the site to ensure all safety policies and PPE protocols are strictly followed. This role requires a hands-on leader who can set a personal example of safe behavior while driving productivity and best practices across the project.
