About the Role
We are seeking a Traveling Journeyman Electrician to lead the installation of electrical systems within commercial construction markets at job sites and small-to-medium project locations. In this role, you will hold responsibility for the direct supervision and coordination of assigned helper and apprentice electricians on a per-job basis.
Beyond technical execution, you will be the face of our company at the job site. You must be able to interact directly with customers to determine their needs and provide effective solutions, promoting excellent customer relations throughout the project lifecycle. You will troubleshoot common electrical systems, plan new or modified installations to minimize waste and ensure safety, and prepare sketches or follow blueprints to ensure concealed wiring is installed correctly. This position requires a high level of autonomy and adaptability, as travel is a mandatory component of the role.
