Talkspace is a leading online platform dedicated to making mental health care accessible and convenient. We connect licensed therapists and counselors with clients, allowing providers to deliver care from the comfort of their own homes while removing the traditional barriers of private practice.
This is a remote, flexible position designed for independently licensed therapists and counselors who wish to expand their reach without the overhead of a traditional office. The role exists to bridge the gap between provider expertise and client demand, offering a platform where you can maintain your current clientele while filling schedule openings or building a full caseload on our terms.
You will have the freedom to set a schedule that works best for you and your clients, whether that involves daytime, evening, or weekend availability. Our platform handles client referrals, insurance claim submissions, and billing, allowing you to focus entirely on the craft of therapy. You will manage cases, write notes, and schedule appointments through our intuitive app, supported by a dedicated Provider Support Team and a Learning Community offering free CE credits.
To enhance your practice, we offer optional, HIPAA-compliant AI tools that expedite session preparation by summarizing key details from previous sessions and assist in drafting progress notes. Additionally, you can earn bonuses based on engagement with new clients.
Talkspace matches therapists with clients in their licensed states through a secure, easy-to-use app. Whether you prefer holding live video sessions or exchanging asynchronous messages, the platform is designed to support your workflow from almost anywhere.
Important Note on Availability: Due to high demand, providers with clinical licensure ONLY in Texas, Florida, North Carolina, or Michigan are currently placed on a waitlist to join the platform.
Talkspace is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion. We welcome applications from therapists and counselors of all backgrounds.
