About the Role
We are seeking a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) to join our team and deliver a range of mental health services. In this role, you will provide individual, group, and family therapy while conducting comprehensive psycho-social assessments to understand each client's unique history and support systems. You will collaborate closely with clients to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
Your day will involve maintaining accurate documentation of client interactions, participating in clinical supervision and team meetings, and collaborating with psychiatrists, physicians, and case managers to ensure coordinated care. You will also have opportunities to engage in outreach and community activities, working within a multidisciplinary environment that values professional development and ethical practice.
