About the Role

Vedder's Dallas office is seeking two Legal Secretaries to provide essential support to our attorneys and paralegals. In this role, you will be the backbone of our client service operations, managing the intricate details that keep our legal practice running smoothly. You will handle extensive and detailed domestic and international travel arrangements, process high volumes of new business intakes, and manage complex client billing and expense reporting. Your day will involve preparing and formatting legal documents, coordinating calendars, and serving as a primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone and email. This position requires a professional who can navigate a high-pressure environment with precision, ensuring that every task, from routing mail to finalizing litigation documents, meets the firm's rigorous standards.
