We are seeking a detail-oriented Real Estate Legal Secretary to join our stable downtown law firm. In this position, you will serve as a vital support resource for our attorneys, ensuring the smooth execution of real estate transactions.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will focus on the precise preparation of critical documentation, including lease agreements, closing binders, and closing indexes. A key aspect of the role involves the ability to interpret complex legal documents, such as survey and easement agreements. Success in this position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask effectively, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
