About the Role
We are looking for an upbeat, accurate, and organized "people person" to join our Boca Raton, FL firm as a Legal Receptionist. You will be the friendly face of the office, greeting clients and handling the vital clerical duties that keep our firm organized and successful. Your primary goal is to ensure we provide incredible service by promptly answering phone calls and maintaining accurate, organized records.
In this role, you will engage directly with clients, update files, and assist with opening claims and submitting new cases. As the first point of contact, your professionalism and ability to manage a multi-line phone system will be essential in helping our firm reach new heights. Bilingual fluency (English/Spanish) is highly beneficial and would allow you to serve our diverse client base even more effectively.
