We are seeking a Lecturer of Human Physiology & Nutrition to join our team in a temporary, non-tenure track capacity. This role is designed to fill open sections of courses across the curriculum, typically focusing on introductory lecture and/or lab sections of anatomy, physiology, nutrition, and exercise science. Appointments are part-time (less than 50% time), usually for a single course or lab section, and are made on a semester-by-semester basis depending on current departmental needs.
As a Lecturer, you will engage, educate, and empower students by delivering high-quality instruction in undergraduate and/or graduate courses. You will utilize evidence-based pedagogical techniques to support diverse learning styles, facilitate active learning exercises, and develop course materials that align with program objectives and accreditation standards. The role involves creating a safe and effective learning environment in both lecture and laboratory settings, while providing mentorship and academic support to help students achieve their goals.
