Your Role and Impact

At Prometheus, we call our team members "Neighbor Ambassadors" rather than leasing agents because the role encompasses much more than traditional leasing duties. You will serve as the heart of our community, blending customer service, sales, and administration to ensure every Neighbor feels at home and cared for.

Your day will involve guiding "Future Neighbors" through our Ultimate Leasing Experience, creating neighborhood reports, conducting market surveys, and managing rental operations. While the role is busy, it offers variety and the opportunity to grow. You will be empowered to solve problems creatively and supported by a team that shares your passion for people.
