We are seeking an experienced and motivated Leasing Consultant for a beautiful apartment community in the West Palm Beach, FL area. This role is designed for a bilingual, energetic, and sales-driven professional with strong closing skills and prior apartment leasing experience.
In this position, you will serve as the face of the community, greeting and touring prospective residents while converting leads into leases through effective sales techniques. You will manage traffic flow, follow-ups, and resident communication using Yardi CRM, while ensuring all applications and lease paperwork are processed accurately. Beyond the initial lease, you will play a key role in resident retention and renewal efforts, providing exceptional customer service to both current and future residents. Success in this fast-paced environment requires a professional attitude, the ability to multitask, and weekend availability.
