We are seeking a Lean Manager to partner with Project Leaders in developing plans, engaging team members in executing and sustaining a lean approach, and coaching field and project leaders to confidently apply 5S, Flow Construction, and kaizen-based continuous improvement methods. In this role, you will champion these practices with project teams, field leaders, and trade partners to enhance safety, ease work, and improve project outcomes.
You will build relationships across diverse backgrounds and organizational levels, leading by example to coach team members in continuous improvement. Your day-to-day involves identifying opportunities, planning, and executing improvements onsite, while supporting leaders in preparing and following up on improvement events. Success in this position requires a proactive self-starter with a growth mindset, strong curiosity, and the ability to influence through relationship building.

Location & Travel This role is based in Cedar Rapids, IA; Omaha, NE/Lincoln, NE; or Pampa, TX. Candidates must be able to travel up to 75% and hold a current driver's license.
