Leaders in Training serve as the vital bridge between the Branch Director and Youth Development Professionals, helping to create a safe, interactive, and positive environment for members. This role is designed for young individuals passionate about youth development who are ready to step into a leadership position while continuing their own growth.
In this position, you will be the face of the Boys & Girls Club, delivering hands-on programs that foster social recreation, education, and team building.
