About the Role
The Guest Service Captain orchestrates the service experience for hotel guests, working alongside coworkers to ensure site service standards are met or exceeded. While operating under the direction of the Account Manager, this role involves coordination, administration, and providing troubleshooting or guidance when the manager is not on-site. Although not a manager, the Guest Service Captain handles critical issues and makes judgment calls when expediency is a priority. For non-urgent matters, the Captain reports facts to the manager and seeks instruction on how to proceed.

- check_circleEnsure wheelchair safety, clean equipment after use, and protect guest confidentiality
- check_circleAssist the Account Manager with scheduling, revenue collection, and shift reporting
Requirements
