About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Technician to manage and guide a team of 10–30 technicians on infrastructure projects within a fast-paced data center environment. This position serves as a critical bridge between field technicians and site leadership, requiring strong leadership, technical expertise, and a proactive approach to ensure daily tasks are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of structured cabling, racking systems, and power connectivity. You will not only perform hands-on work but also monitor quality control, provide technical mentorship to junior staff, and act as the primary liaison for communicating progress, issues, and material needs to the Foreman or Supervisor.
