About the Role
The Specialty Systems Foreman is a pivotal role for job site professionals who thrive under self-directed management. You will be responsible for installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance, leveraging well-versed knowledge of the BICSI Cabling Installation Program, NICET, and the National Electric Code (NEC).
In this position, you will supervise the installation of specialty systems across multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time, safely, and within estimated job costs. Our crews rely on teamwork to drive results through strategic partnerships and planning. You will actively participate in and drive safety initiatives, such as tool-box talks and operational risk management meetings, to proactively identify safe practices for our people.
