About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Technician to manage and guide a team of 10–30 technicians on infrastructure projects within a fast-paced data center environment. This position serves as the critical bridge between field technicians and site leadership, ensuring that daily tasks are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of structured cabling, racking systems, and power connectivity. You will not only perform hands-on work but also monitor quality control, provide technical mentorship to junior staff, and act as the primary liaison for communicating progress and resolving issues in the field.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- verified3–5 years of experience in structured cabling, electrical, or data center infrastructure roles
- verified1+ years of experience leading crews or serving in a team lead capacity
- verifiedStrong working knowledge of structured cabling (copper and fiber), racking systems, and power delivery
- verifiedAbility to read and interpret construction drawings, cable maps, and labeling schedules
- verifiedOSHA 10 or 30 preferred
- verifiedBICSI Installer II or Technician preferred
- verifiedManufacturer certifications (e.g., Corning, Panduit, Commscope) preferred
- verifiedCPR/First Aid preferred
Nice to Have
