As a specialist within the discipline, you will independently develop strategies for roles requiring security clearances or specialized skills. You will serve as a mentor to junior sourcers, fostering a collaborative, high-performance team environment while guiding them through best practices and advanced techniques. This role requires deep collaboration with recruiters, senior leadership, and recruitment marketing teams to align sourcing strategies with broader business objectives and enhance employer branding.
