Key Responsibilities
- check_circleProvide senior support for Leveraged Finance CLO analytics and ensure reporting quality for investment teams
- check_circleServe as key contact with trustees and agent banks to resolve discrepancies with custodians and counterparties
- check_circleOrganize maintenance of Leverage Finance activity including interest rate resets, principal repayments, and margin changes
- check_circleReview cash and currency positions to assess FX spot and forward adjustments for the front office
- check_circleDeliver cashflow projections to portfolio managers, analysts, and Leverage Finance Operations
- check_circleLiaise with managers on documentation requirements and update procedures for Leverage Finance CLO analytics
- check_circleEvaluate and validate collateral quality, concentrations, and coverage tests according to CLO indentures
- check_circleEnsure integrity of asset attributes in systems and coordinate updates with all relevant parties
- check_circleAssess and address training needs for staff regarding current and future-state assets and systems
- check_circleReview CLO waterfalls and validate management, trustee, and other fee calculations
- check_circleAssist with CLO closing reconciliation, fund liquidation, and onboarding of new funds
- check_circleCreate, track, and report metrics for the Leverage Finance Operations team
Requirements
- verifiedUniversity Degree preferred
- verified3+ years experience required; 5+ years preferred
- verified5+ years comprehensive understanding of CLOs full lifecycle
- verifiedAdvanced financial reconciliation and validation experience

University degree. 5+ years of experience.
