About the Role
We are seeking an energetic and passionate Lead Spa Front Desk Associate to serve as a critical link in our team. This role is more than just managing the front desk; it is about building lasting relationships with members and guests while driving the success of our spa. You will lead the front desk team, coaching associates and fostering a positive, high-morale environment.
