- check_circleParticipate in interviewing and hiring clinical staff
- check_circleCoordinate and monitor orientation of new clinical associates to ensure 90-day performance goals
- check_circleProvide oversight of clinical staff to ensure adherence to patient care policies and procedures
- check_circleMonitor and ensure completion of annual competencies for clinical staff
- check_circleServe as flow facilitator for accurate and timely completion of patient care
- check_circleManage medication and vaccine processes to ensure compliance with pharmacy standards
- check_circleCollaborate with the Nurse Manager to ensure professional behavior of clinical team members
- check_circleUtilize resources like call monitoring and EMR reviews to provide feedback to clinical staff
Requirements
