As a Lead Packaging Engineer on the Kimberly-Clark Professional Packaging Team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products. This position touches every product KCP takes to market, requiring you to partner with customers in category and platform management to oversee packaging development for both new and existing products.
In this R&D-focused role, you will balance winning with consumers and the market while keeping safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. You will drive the creation of innovative, cost-effective packaging solutions that minimize cost, add value to the customer, and demonstrate strong progress on sustainability goals. Your day-to-day will involve managing the complete packaging development lifecycle—from design and prototype creation to performance testing—while continuously improving the capabilities of existing packaging and equipment to meet evolving customer requirements.
