About the Role
This position serves as a vital resource within the pathology laboratory, assisting the Director or Manager in the technical management of daily operations. You will be responsible for a specific work unit area, performing both routine and complex analyses while applying deep knowledge of techniques, instrumentation, and quality control.
In this role, you will ensure accuracy by understanding test interdependencies, physiological conditions, and critical result limits. You will act as a problem solver, recognizing issues and initiating timely corrective actions to support the best interest of patient care. Beyond technical execution, you will serve as a mentor and trainer for new and current team members, ensuring compliance with departmental policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements
- verifiedMinimum two years in a related field
- verifiedAssociate's degree in related field
- verifiedASCP-MT or MLT or equivalent preferred
- verifiedASCP Specialist in Blood Bank (SBB) preferred
- verifiedKnowledge and experience with Electronic Health Records
