The Medical Assistant Lead serves as a vital bridge between clinical operations and administrative support, performing duties under the administrator's direction. This role is designed to support the team, other leads, and providers by ensuring operational excellence and staff development. You will be responsible for overseeing medical assistants, managing schedules, and maintaining the highest standards of patient care and confidentiality. The position involves creating workflows, leading training initiatives, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, including HIPAA and CLIA standards. It is a dynamic role for a leader who excels in problem-solving and conflict resolution while handling patient interactions with utmost discretion.
