About the Role

The Lead Lot Attendant serves as the face of our hospitality, responsible for accurately collecting and reconciling revenue while delivering attentive, friendly, and efficient service throughout a guest's stay. This role goes beyond standard parking duties; it is about maintaining a professional demeanor under pressure, ensuring a clean and safe environment, and acting as a trusted point of contact for guests and staff alike. You will be the first and last impression for many, guiding them with directions, local insights, and a warm welcome.

In this position, you will coordinate operations when the Account Manager is not on site, handling critical issues and making judgment calls to ensure smooth daily functions. From managing revenue reports and operating parking equipment to upholding strict safety and security protocols, you play a vital role in the seamless operation of our locations. It is a dynamic role where your ability to stay composed and courteous directly contributes to the positive experiences we strive to create.

Hiring Process

Towne Park is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation based on a candidate's skills, experience, education, and location. For this position, the hourly base pay is $17 per hour. We offer open availability schedules between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM to accommodate the needs of our guests and operations.
