The Lead Lot Attendant serves as the face of our hospitality, responsible for providing attentive, friendly, and efficient service to all guests during their entire stay. This role goes beyond standard parking duties; it involves accurately collecting and reconciling revenue while ensuring a seamless experience for everyone who visits our locations. You will be the first point of contact, greeting guests with a professional demeanor, assisting with directions and local inquiries, and managing critical operational tasks such as vehicle stacking and safety protocols. In the absence of the Account Manager, you will exercise sound judgment to handle critical issues and coordinate daily operations, ensuring the site runs smoothly and safely.
Towne Park is committed to fair and competitive compensation based on skills, experience, and location. For this position, the hourly base pay is $17 per hour. The work schedule requires open availability between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM.
